To order from our site, you are required to create an account (registering) so that we are able to track your order, contact you if required, and ensure we can deliver your order in the most efficient manner. Certain products (such as prescriptions, Pharmacist Only medications, and fragrances) may require more information and you will be contacted if so before shipping. We will never sell or share your information with any third party unless we are required to by law.

You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to admin@wfsltd.com.au. Please include your full name, registered email address, and billing address so we can confirm your identity.

Payment Methods

By making a purchase on the site (“an order”) you agree to make full payment by any of the following means:

  • Credit/Debit Card at checkout. We accept MasterCard and Visa with no surcharge. Your card will be billed when you place an order to ensure prompt handling of your order.
  • In-store account (by prior arrangement only and subject to approval).

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund or exchange on a product purchased according to all applicable laws if the product is damaged or defective. Unfortunately due to Health regulations we are unable to accept any oral preparation for refund or exchange as we are unable to guarantee its safe handling once it has left our pharmacy.

All items sent for refund or exchange must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if you simply changed your mind.

Ordering Prescription Items

To order a prescription item a valid, original Australian Prescription is required to be received by us before the items can ship. You can post your prescription(s) to:

If there is a problem with your prescription we will contact you within 1 business day of receiving your script.

Ordering Pharmacist Only Items (S3)

Due to regulations, before we can ship a Pharmacist Only medication, you will need to have a telephone consultation with one of our Pharmacists. This should take no longer than a few minutes of your time and allows us to ensure you are getting the best advice before taking your medication.

If an order is received with a Pharmacist Only item included, you will receive a call from one of our Pharmacists within 1 business day.

Order Expiration/Cancellation

If we are unable to obtain a valid prescription from you or are unable to make contact for a telephone consultation (in the case of a Pharmacist Only item being ordered), then we reserve the right to cancel your order after 7 days. If you paid by Credit/debit card, the full amount will be refunded to your card automatically by our banking merchant.

You may alter or cancel your order and receive a refund or in-store credit at any time up to when we dispatch your order. Unfortunately once your order is sent we are only able to accept refunds/exchanges according to our Refund Policy.


We may choose one of our shipping carriers to send your order including Australia Post, courier or local delivery by our delivery van. Depending on the items ordered, weight and delivery address we reserve the right to choose and change the carrier to ensure you receive your order in the quickest way possible. Some destinations attract a freight surcharge from Australia Post.

The shipping fee for your order will be calculated at the checkout and automatically added on to your order total. You will be able to confirm the total before paying. Some health equipment, mobility aids and medical devices may attract a freight surcharge.

Please note due to Australia Post regulations, some items cannot be shipped through the post. If your order contains one of these items we may be able to deliver your order locally. You will be contacted if this is the case.

We reserve the right to not supply goods to some overseas countries at our discretion.

Orders Over $99 Freight Free

To qualify for free freight, you must add $99 or more worth of items to your cart in one order and your free freight will be confirmed when checking out. Please note if your order contains an item that attracts a freight surcharge you may be charged a delivery fee even if the order total is over $99.
